   - We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during the shipping process. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for its safe delivery lies with them.

4. Returns and Refunds:

   - We take pride in the quality of our sea moss and herbal products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. You have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return. No returns for seamoss gel products and perishable items.  We may require proof of purchase and further details to process a return or refund.

   - Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
